ARM Benchmarking Assessments

Brief:  Advisory First employs seasoned veterans to benchmark your plant/facility in 19-21 categories.  We have benchmarked numerous plants and facilities and we will share best practices with you as we define your opportunities for further improvement.  Deliverables of the Benchmarking Assessment include:

• Rankings in all categories and an overall ranking showing you where your plant ranks relative to others in your industry and industry at large.
• Observations, Strengths and Opportunities for Improvement for all categories.
• A recommended ARM implementation plan with estimated ROI and the time-line to achieve it.

Benefits:  Our Benchmarking Chart (Click PDF) gives you an overall understanding of your plant’s ranking relative to others in your industry sector.  Scores of 70 or higher (the red circle) indicate world class performance while scores below 50 represent significant opportunities for improvement.  Our ARM implementation plan will provide an estimated ROI and the timeline to achieve it.  ROI’s from 8-25:1 have been achieved.
