CMMS Implementation/Enhancement

Brief.  Advisory First estimates that 80% of U.S.industry uses less than 20% of the potential available from their Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).  The main reason is that most CMMS providers are software experts but are not experts in maintenance and reliability programs.  As a result, the CMMS is not configured to optimize asset reliability.  In many cases, the new CMMS is not much more than a high speed work order generator.  Advisory First has solid expertise in all facets of CMMS including selection, installation, implementation and enhancements including training your people.  CMMS is the cornerstone for an effective maintenance and reliability program.
