Brief.  Over the years, many highly effective methods have been designed to improve a company’s bottom line.  Initiatives such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Maintenance (TQM) and a host of others.  Unfortunately, these initiatives often do not yield the desired results.  In our estimation, this is primarily the result of well meaning but ineffective implementation.  The common gap is lack of accountability to effectively implement the actions identified.  If you are not totally satisfied with whatever management initiative you are implementing let us show you how to jump start it by instilling a sense of accountability to take effective action in a positive and rewarding environment.  It is our firm belief that without effective action, no initiative will fully succeed.  Our Action Item Tracking process depends upon close and positive relationships between all levels of the organization; therefore, our Teambuilding initiative may want to be done along with this one.
