Reliability Centered Maintenance including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis

Brief.  There is not enough money to do everything.  The key is to do the RIGHT MAINTENANCE.  AF uses our unique Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) process including Functional Failure Analysis (FFA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify the “Right Work” to reduce equipment downtime and rework leading to greater plant profits.  AF uses a unique set of formulas to prioritize all of your critical equipment (or assets).  We also employ a “user-friendly” FMEA table to document all of the failure modes and effects as well as the mitigations that are recommended to prevent failures from occurring.  An example of our FMEA table(click PDF)  We have in-depth experience in all elements impacting a plant reliability program including Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, latest industry technologies and experience, proper tools to do each job right and many others.  Once your reliability program has been defined, we will assist you in bringing it to the floor using our highly experienced team, skilled in all facets of supervision, planning, scheduling and CMMS utilization.

Benefits.  Upon completion, your plant staff will be highly skilled in how to implement RCM and how to continuously improve it.  Effective execution of the results of the RCM program will reduce critical asset failures and increase plant production rates by an estimated 10-25%.
